I joined School of Information Science and Technology in ShanghaiTech University as an Assistant Professor. I obtained my PhD degree in Engineering from National University of Singapore in Sept. 2019. I obtained my Bachelor degree in Microelectronics from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in July 2014

Our current research focus on the theoretical and numerical study (e.g., macrospin, micromagnetic and atomistic modelling) of antiferromagnets and ferrimagnets based spintronic devices, including the MRAM, spintronic oscillator, in memory computing and bio-inspired computing. Currently, I am in charge of Shanghai Sailing Project (2020-2023) and National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Project (2022-2024). I am currenly a reviewer for Reviewer: Nat. Commun., Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Appl. Phys., IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst. II, Exp. Briefs, Jpn. J. Appl. Phys. and Appl. Phys. A.

祝智峰于2014年获电子科技大学电子科学与技术(微电子技术)学士学位,2019年获新加坡国立大学电子工程博士学位。他博士毕业后在新加坡国立大学电子工程系进行博士后研究,随后全职加入上海科技大学信息科学与技术学院担任助理教授、研究员、博士生导师。他主要从事自旋电子器件和电路的理论和计算研究,包括磁随机存储器、自旋电子振荡器、类脑存算一体化器件和类脑计算器件等。目前主持上海市扬帆计划项目(2020-2023)、国家自然科学基金青年项目(2022-2024),在Nature Electronics、 Nature Nanotechnology、 Physical Review B、Physical Review Applied、 IEEE VLSI、IEEE Electron Devices Letters等顶级期刊和会议上发表文章,并担任Nat. Commun., Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Appl. Phys., IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst. II, Exp. Briefs, Jpn. J. Appl. Phys. and Appl. Phys. A. 审稿人。
