Zhifeng Zhu received the B.Sc. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2014. He received the PhD degree from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2019. He joined the School of Information Science and Technology at ShanghaiTech University as an Assistant Professor in 2020. His research focus on the theoretical and numerical study of novel spintronic devices and circuits for the application of MRAM, in-memory computing, and bio-inspired computing. As the PI, he has obtained competitive research grants from National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, and Shanghai Sailing Program. As the corresponding author, he has published high quality papers in Phys. Rev. Lett. (1), Sci. Bull. (1), ACS Nano (1), Phys. Rev. B (5), Appl. Phys. Lett. (4) in the last 3 years. He has also served as the reviewer for Phys. Rev. Lett., Nat. Commun., IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst. I,II, IEEE Electron Devices Lett., etc. As of April 2026, he has supervised 6 master's students and 9 undergraduate students’ final-year project. 2 of my PhD students received National PhD Scholarship (top 2%). They also received China Scholarship Council (CSC) funding for a 6-month visiting study at National University of Singapore (NUS). My students have received Merit Student Award (top 5%) for 7 times, and Outstanding Student Award (top 10%) for 6 times. 5 of them received Outstanding Graduate of ShanghaiTech University.
祝智峰教授获电子科技大学学士学位,后于新加坡国立大学获博士学位。博士毕业后留校从事博士后研究,现为上海科技大学信息科学与技术学院助理教授、博士生导师、研究员。课题组聚焦于自旋电子器件在下一代存储与计算技术中的应用,重点开展磁随机存储器及类脑计算器件的理论与计算模拟研究。作为负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目、上海市自然科学基金、上海市扬帆计划等项目,参与多项科技部重点研发计划,并在上海市青少年科学创新实践工作站牵头子课题"面向人工智能的类脑芯片"研究。获得上海市海外高层次人才,上海科技大学优秀教师、优秀书院导师, Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter顶尖审稿人等荣誉。近三年以通讯作者在Phys. Rev. Lett. (1), Sci. Bull. (1), ACS Nano (1), Phys. Rev. B (5), Appl. Phys. Lett. (4)等高水平期刊发表论文,并长期担任Phys. Rev. Lett., Nat. Commun., IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst. I,II, IEEE Electron Devices Lett.等权威期刊审稿人。截止2026年4月,已毕业6名硕士研究生、指导9名本科生毕设。指导的学生屡获殊荣,包括博士国家奖学金2次(前2%)、校三好学生7次(前5%)、校优秀学生6次(前10%)、校优秀毕业生5人、国家留学基金委资助2人等。
